Our Staff

  • Suzanna Bryant

A long career with Ralph Lauren brought Suzanna to Charleston when she was tapped to open their first boutique on King Street. Although the store did not ultimately remain open, Suzanna stayed in Charleston and eventually met Rapport owner Anne Summer. Together, they shared the common desire to create the ultimate retail shopping experience where women could expect the best in designer labels, an incredibly talented staff and a sought-after alterations team. Her knowledge of running a first-rate boutique and desire to exceed customer expectations makes Suzanna perfectly suited to lead Rapport's sales team.

  • Amelia Hendrix

A Charleston retail veteran of 30 years, Amelia has earned a reputation for honesty and integrity among her devoted clientele. She believes that there is a marked distinction between fashion and style and carefully considers the customer's individual taste when representing Rapport's extensive designer collections. Amelia takes great pride in the quality of Rapport's garments and the level of service the store offers. "I would rather explain price than apologize for quality," she adds.

  • Marie-Laure Arnaud

A former Parisian model with a penchant for car racing, Marie has an impeccable eye for design and inherent love of fashion. She moved to Charleston from France and found a retail position where she could get to know the local women and apply her ability to make clients feel both attractive and original. At Rapport, Marie enjoys styling garments in unexpected ways to create unique looks for her clients. Marie is in the store on a part-time basis. Give us a call for the days she is here!

  • Vittoria Garofalo

A third generation tailor, Vittoria was tutored by her Father as a teenager in Italy. Vittoria credits her meticulous attention to detail to her Father who taught her to hand sew each garment while insisting that anything less than perfection be redone. Vittoria was recruited to move from Italy to the United States by a bridal salon. She subsequently relocated to Charleston with her husband and spent over a decade at Saks Fifth Avenue. Rapport is fortunate to have someone of Vittoria's caliber leading the in-house alternations staff.
